Refund policy

Unfortunately, fragrance decants are not eligible for any returns. This is because we cannot guarantee with certainty that the product has not been contaminated or used and it helps us keep prices competitive. The reason that we sell decants is so that you don't have to blind buy full bottles and run the risk of not liking them. Please ask all questions up front and do research before making your purchase. We would be happy to answer any questions you have before buying!

If a vial happens to break in shipping, please reach out via the "Contact" tab on our website and we will get in contact to send a photo of the damaged vial for proof of need for replacement and we will ship you a replacement promptly with no charge.
